A heartfelt thank you to all of you for your unwavering interest and encouragement, which continue to power MCNEX's sustainable growth and development. This past year, even in a fluctuating business environment, we have pushed forward with relentless innovation and a challenger's spirit to achieve some truly meaningful milestones. We are proud to announce that for 2025, our consolidated sales grew to KRW 1.2792 trillion, a 21% increase from the prior year, while our operating profit rose to KRW 50.0 billion, a 17% increase. Beyond these financial achievements, we have been passionately working to bring our ESG vision to life with concrete results. We were recognized for our climate change risk management capabilities by achieving a Management B rating in the CDP Global Climate Change Assessment. Furthermore, we achieved meaningful milestones, such as securing the EcoVadis Silver medal (top 15%) for the second consecutive year. We are pleased to share MCNEX's ESG performance through this Sustainability Report, which captures the fruits of these dedicated efforts.

First, we will deliver value that goes beyond satisfaction through customer-centric innovation.

Our top priority is listening closely to our customers, anticipating their needs in a rapidly changing market, and responding with the right products and services. We are committed to continuous technological development and quality innovation, all aimed at delivering true customer satisfaction. The adoption of a smart manufacturing system through our Digital Transformation has already improved the speed and precision of our customer response. Following our acquisition of the international standard for automotive cybersecurity, ISO/SAE 21434, we have also secured the ISO 27001 information security management system certification, further elevating our information security to the next level. Through these efforts, we will solidify our position as your most trusted partner.

Second, we will strengthen our ESG management system to lead the way toward a sustainable, green future.

MCNEX stands firmly by its commitment to green management. This includes eco-friendly processes, diligent emissions control, and water recycling to help meet national greenhouse gas reduction targets. We have successfully completed the planned installation of solar panels at our Songdo headquarters and have begun generating renewable energy in earnest, accelerating our transition to eco-friendly energy. Following the initial installation of solar panels at MCNEX Tower, our Incheon headquarters, in December 2024, we expanded our self-generation capacity in February 2026 by adding approximately 121.41 kW of solar power equipment. Furthermore, within 2026, we will accelerate our renewable energy transition by installing solar panels on the roofs of all buildings, including factories and dormitories, at MCNEX VINA, our major overseas subsidiary.

Third, we will build deep trust with all stakeholders by practicing transparent and ethical management.

To establish ethical management as the bedrock of our business, we have created a Code of Conduct and a Supplier Code of Conduct to proactively manage potential risks. We also diagnose our integrity levels through employee surveys to foster a clean organizational culture and build a foundation of trust. As part of our commitment to enhancing shareholder value, we raised our 2025 dividend per share from KRW 800 to KRW 1,000 and will continue to strengthen our dividend policy. We are also dedicated to fostering open communication with everyone we work with. Through responsible management and a transparent board of directors, we will fulfill our social responsibilities and earn your lasting trust as a corporate citizen.
