Report Overview

This is the second ESG Report published by MCNEX, outlining our ESG management strategies and performance. Following our inaugural ESG Report in 2024, this 2025 edition marks the first time we are including the ESG management performance of our subsidiary, MCNEX VINA. Going forward, MCNEX plans to publish this report annually to proactively meet ESG disclosure obligations and expand communication with our stakeholders.

Reporting Standards

This report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021. Additionally, to reflect key issues appropriate to our industry characteristics, we have also referenced the SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) standard for the Electronic Equipment industry. Furthermore, this report incorporates indicators from other global frameworks such as the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures), the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC).

Reporting Period and Scope

The reporting period for this report is from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024; however, for some qualitative ESG performance data, activities up to the first half of 2025 have also been included. For quantitative data, three years of data (from 2022 to 2024) are presented together to make it easier to identify annual trends. The reporting scope for financial data is consistent with the consolidated financial statements under K-IFRS. The scope for non-financial data includes the MCNEX Incheon headquarters and its overseas subsidiary, MCNEX VINA. Data for which the reporting scope differs or where there have been significant changes are indicated in separate footnotes.

Report Assurance

This report has undergone third-party assurance to ensure the reliability of its preparation process and the data it contains. The assurance was conducted by KMR, an independent external assurance provider, in accordance with the AA1000 Assurance Standard (AA1000AS, 2020, v3).
