ESG Strategy

In 2024, MCNEX established its ESG management system, which includes its ESG strategy and a dedicated ESG organization, and designated Environment, Social, and Governance as its key implementation areas. Based on its ESG management, MCNEX will continue to build a system that allows it to periodically evaluate progress against its goals, identify areas for improvement, secure corporate sustainability, and respond swiftly to evolving global regulations.

ESG Management Promotion Organization

To practice sustainability management, MCNEX established an ESG Committee under its Board of Directors in 2025. The ESG Committee receives information on agendas and related management issues concerning environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. It discusses improvement measures, shares updates on task execution status and activity performance, and is expected to further enhance the company's ESG management level. To ensure the smooth operation of the ESG Committee, it is supported by the ESG Management Team, a dedicated organization for sustainability management. Additionally, MCNEX operates an overarching ESG Task Force (TF) consultative body, in which ESG-related organizations participate.
